$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install linuxinfo 

linuxinfo is installed in your system.

Make ensure the linuxinfo package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep linuxinfo *

You will get with linuxinfo package name, version, architecture and description in a table

linuxinfo package basic information:
